Learn How You Can Easily Turn Potty Training Into a Day of Toddler Heaven and Parenting Success!

One Day Potty-Training on a Shoestring Budget!

It's all about nurturing your relationship, and making your child's transition from diapers to toilet a stress-free exchange of parent-child love and admiration.

Potty training can and should be a natural opportunity for bonding with your little one, and for building his or her self-esteem. Unfortunately, many parents miss this wonderful opportunity.

If you haven't already experienced the difficulties of potty training, then you've at least heard how it can turn into an unpleasant endurance test of wills for both parents and children.

According to a recent Reuters report, it takes an average of three months to potty train a child - that's three whole months of trying to be angelically patient while you hover, coax, and attempt to prevent the inevitable "accident."

Or two. Maybe five. Or maybe more than you care to count.

Even the best of parents can find this test overwhelming.

Are you a little worried you may not pass the test? Are you anxious to learn how to create a positive potty training experience for your child? If so, you're not alone, and you're in the best place you could possibly be.

You're about to discover the benefits of Relational Potty Training the Toidy Tamers!™way. Toidy Tamers!™ provides a whole new approach that is proven to completely eliminate stress for both parent and child, AND reduce training time to one celebrated day. (Please see FAQ's below for further details.)

Imagine you and your toddler experiencing an emotionally safe and rewarding transition from diapers to potty-chair in a matter of hours!

I'm sure that's a pleasant thought to you, but no doubt it wars against everything you've ever heard about toddler learning ability. When it comes to potty training, most of us are convinced toddlers have a naturally long learning curve that shouldn't be tinkered with.

That "naturally long" learning curve is a common misnomer, however, and is based on certain culturally aquired assumptions.

The truth is, toddlers are at the height of human learning capability. There have been numerous studies done which document the human infant's rapid brain development, and coinciding ability to absorb information at an astounding rate.

That being the case, you might wonder why is it that we don't see more toddlers learning to use the potty in short order, like within a day. It's easy to assume that because toddlers generally don't, that means they generally can't.

Here's the Million Dollar Question:

Is it toddlers who can't learn that fast, or is it a matter of toddlers generally not receiving proper learning cues?

Hi, I'm Carrie Franzwa, a home educating mother of three who proved some time ago that if parents set the stage, toddlers can joyfully tame the toilet in just a few short hours, without feeling pressured to perform.

It was a simple matter of providing them with an ideal learning environment - one that was child-motive driven, and that broke the skill down into easy, graduated steps. Afforded these simple advantages, my three kids did what some experts are still claiming "can't" be done.

Not only can it be done, but it can be done much more profitably than you may have ever dared to hope.

Solving the Dilemma

So, you're here in part because you're ready to escape the smell, hassle, and high cost of diapers, right? However motivated you may be, you're also here because you feel equally uneasy about getting started.

It's no wonder. Potty training is all too often a no-win situation. Whether parents go with super-human patience, or ill-advised pushing, children can end up hurt, spending the rest of their lives trying to overcome the impact of a negative potty training experience.

Solving this dilemma, and eliminating the stress associated with potty training, is vitally important. It's especially important for your tender little one who can't afford to wait until "someday" for a better means of potty training.

May I be candid here?

As a young mother I deeply loved my kids, but I really balked at the idea of ruined furniture, stinky carpets, and a car in the same condition. I simply couldn't bring myself to accept smelling like a giant toilet.

Have you ever been in a home that smelled largely to urine?

I have (more than once, actually). Although I loved the families I was visiting, and was gracious in not saying anything, I found it most unpleasant.

And the impact on me was lasting. When it came my turn to potty train I had to be brutally honest with myself. I had to admit I KNEW it wouldn't matter if I understood my kids weren't "purposely having accidents." Too many - which seemed almost unavoidable with traditional potty training - and my mothering metal would get bent out of shape.

Even if you're wonderfully patient and can't relate, I'm sure you can at least empathize.

Well, I refused to believe there was to hope of escaping the dilemma... There just had to be a way around this unfair test!

Training rapidly seemed the only perfect answer, since it would eliminate the dilemma before it ever had a chance to cause pain.

Thankfully I wasn't particularly sensitive to the social stigmas and prejudices surrounding quick potty training, so I didn't hesitate to put on my teacher's hat and begin solving the learning barriers as I saw them.

It seems amazing to me now, but I didn't even consult my mother for advice! I read no books, watched no videos, and never asked a professional for help. I just sized up what I knew was motivational to my children - which was my time and affirmation - and I was able to create an inexpensive, simple, and efficient method that allowed all three of my children to train within hours.

No loss of furnishings or cleanliness. No scolding out of frustration, or even the temptation to do so. And absolutely no guilt.

As a matter of fact it all seemed so fluid, so easy to me, that I didn't realize for years that I had accomplished anything unusual. (I figured everyone must train that way!)

At any rate, all it took was a little inspiration, and plenty of duct tape to strap 'em in.

(Okay, I'm kidding about the duct tape. It's really not part of the program! :-)

Discovering the Opportunity

Not only did my little kids and I conquer the universal dilemma between cleanliness and patience, but we also discovered that potty training can be a wonderful opportunity for bonding, and for building toddler self-esteem.

You know how it feels to knock off a cleaning chore? There's an immediate sense (reward) of satisfaction. One day potty training turned out to be like that for my toddlers. They each understood their fast transition, and beamed with pride at their accomplishment, just like yours will.

When done right, you can expect potty training to be a highlight of your parenting journey, and to foster high morale in your family.

We should enjoy this passage of our children's lives, and our toddlers should come away feeling capable, admired, and full of excitement!

As parents, you and I just need to set the stage for this kind of success.

It's sad to see so many people stress out, and miss out. My aim is to make it easy for other families, including yours, to capitalize on this this wonderful opportunity and avoid the age-old dilemma.

Which is why I created the Toidy Tamers!™ method outline. With the method outline, you'll be able to see step-by-step how I achieved the optimal learning environment at minimal cost, and how easily you can duplicate it.

No other one day method ever devised is as effective at teaching toilet skills, and no other method - one day or otherwise - is as powerful at strengthening the parent-child relationship.

Used as directed, you and your toddler will experience a wonderful time of celebration, and create fond memories together.

Those memories will be absolutely priceless!

For example, my oldest child, now 19 and engaged to be married, recently told me she remembers her potty training day. In her own sweet words she said, "I remember feeling BIG, and very important."

...And I'll never forget her ecstasy the moment she realized it was her doin's there in the little pot. We laughed as she did a little happy dance (stomping), complete with her own music (squeals of delight). She was so cute, and so very eager to do it again!

I thoroughly enjoyed the potty training experience.

Wouldn't you and your family love to come away with potty training memories like these?

Well, you can.

I know you'll be thrilled with how stress-free and rewarding the Toidy Tamers!™ method is. There's simply no other alternative like it.

There's nothing faster, safer, and more emotionally rewarding for you and your child.

A Change for the Better

You're probably aware, at least to some degree, that in America we've been in a reoccurring struggle over potty training issues for over thirty years, due perhaps to a particular one-day potty training method that came out in the 1970's (and is still around today).

Because this method involved the use of negative (reverse) psychology on children, which is harmful, and because the method required the use of food as a repeat reward for obedient behavior, which conditions children to eat for the wrong reasons, there has been a sizeable amount of criticism over the years concerning this approach.

Unfortunately in all that time no other one-day methods came forward that were significantly different from this 1970's model, so all rapid potty training programs became suspect, if not stigmatized as harmful.

Culturally, we've even taken it so far as to rationalize that toddlers are incapable of learning to use a potty in one day. Child care professionals reinforce this social belief every time they caution parents against forcing a child to potty train "too quickly."

There's no question that it's harmful to force a child to potty train quickly. The distinction is that it's perfectly safe to empower a child to learn quickly, no matter the skill, and that includes potty training.

Ineffective teaching is the issue of real concern here, not the time frame; and the missing ingredient isn't toddler ability, it's lack of an effective teaching model. Your toddler is perfectly capable of learning this skill rapidly if given a proper potty education.

Look at it this way:

Giving toddlers more time to learn potty skills is not nearly as useful to them as giving them an easy-to-grasp learning system. If they joyfully comprehend what they're being taught, additional time is unnecessary. In fact, it's counter productive.

Does this make as much sense to you as it does to me?

You know your little sprout inherited the family "smart genes," right? Okay, maybe that's yet to be determined, but you're sure hopin' so! In any case, you know your child is a capable learner.

Couple your toddler's learning ability with the best potty teaching resource ever offered, and you're about to experience what most families only wish for.

This is why I'm asking you to join with me in an effort to change public beliefs for the better. By participating in the Toidy Tamers!™ Challenge Club (details below), particularly if you are the parent of a first time potty training age toddler, you'll be helping your child first, and then also making it easier for little folks everywhere to prove what they're capable of.

In turn this will mean fewer children experiencing potty training trauma, and fewer parents feeling awful about losing their temper.

Simply use Toidy Tamers!™ as directed, and then share your success story with us (and others) through the Club. That's all there is to it. The more success stories we receive as evidence, the easier it becomes to disprove old theories, and create lasting social change that will benefit even more families.

Not only will you receive my easy-to-read method outline, but you'll also be given access to our private forum for question-and-answer exchange. You, your toddler, and your whole family will feel good about this wonderful accomplishment!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Won't one day training put too much pressure on my child to perform?

A. No, not with the Toidy Tamers!™ method. So long as your child hasn't already developed any pre-conceived notions about having to perform in using the potty, and so long as the Toidy Tamers!™ method is appropriately administered, your child won't even know that "performance" is expected. He or she will be happily distracted in thinking this is just a special day of play, celebration, and lots of undivided attention from Mommy or Daddy.

Q. How is Toidy Tamers!™ different from other methods?

A. This is the first potty training method to use a relational approach for the emotional well-being of both parent and child. Additionally the method is graduated for ease of toddler learning (empowerment to learn fast), and does not require the use of food rewards (a potentially bad habit), or expensive drink and wet dolls (a poor relational substitute). Click here now for a brief audio on The Toidy Tamers!™ Difference:

Q. Is there a "secret" to the Toidy Tamers!™ method?

A. Yes, there's one common-sense "secret weapon" that will help to expedite the learning process through heightened repetition; and one movement restriction applied to the setting that will help your toddler effortlessly keep focus.

Q. Will Toidy Tamers!™ work if my child has already started potty training?

A. Perhaps. Toidy Tamers!™ is specifically designed for first time training. If your child has already developed a resistance to, and pre-conceived notions about potty training, Toidy Tamers!™ may not work, or may take more than one day. To reduce a toddler's resistance, have a different adult do the Toidy Tamers!™ training. For additional support you can always utilize the private forum, which has a "problem solving / special needs" section where we can brainstorm together as a community. Or if you prefer, the guide alone is only $9.97, which is a small amount to pay in order to review the method, discuss it with your child's doctor, and determine if your child will respond to the Toidy Tamers!™ approach.

Q. Will Toidy Tamers!™ remedy or cure children traumatized by previous potty training disasters?

A. No. I/we make no such claim. In such a case the advice of a trained child care professional should be sought. Only a trained child care professional can help you determine whether or not Toidy Tamers!™ can be used as part of a new potty training strategy.

Q. Does the Toidy Tamers!™ method require any out-of-the-ordinary expenses?

A. No. Your primary expense will be the potty chair. (Potty seats that fit over a standard toilet seat will not work for the first stage of this method. Pictures of appropriate chairs are in the guide). A chair with a detachable tray is highly recommended, but not absolutely necessary (used for continued fecal training should a bowel movement not occur during Toidy Tamers!™ one-day training). Also, you are strongly urged not to buy new toys. Your little one will be thrilled with your undivided attention, far more than with new toys.

Q. How old should my child be for Toidy Tamers!™ training?

A. Between 18 and 24 months is ideal for developmentally normal children. There are a number of readiness signs to watch for, including curiosity about the toilet, staying dry overnight, a dislike for wetness, or the ability to pull pants up and down. The key to success with Toidy Tamers!™ is catching them before they have the chance to form negative opinions, notions or concepts about potty chairs, toilets, diapers, or even an "eager" parent.

Q. Is this method proven?

A. Yes. Within approximately 6 hours' time I successfully trained each of my three children to consistently get themselves, unassisted, to the potty for urination.

Q. Is this method endorsed?

A. Yes. Upon review of the Toidy Tamers!™ e-guide, About.com's Stephanie Brown, child care expert and webmaster for the Parenting Babies & Toddlers page (babyparenting.about.com), wrote:

"I am usually not a fan at all of the "one day, two day, one week,
insert your time frame here" methods, but the psychology behind
your method is sound and I'm always happy to see gentle,
non-punitive potty training methods promoted."

Pediatric professionals and members of the press may request a free copy of the Toidy Tamers!™ e-guide for review.

Q. What if I have questions?

A. I'm here to help you! All Challenge Club members will have access to our private forum, called "The Privy." In The Privy you may post your questions, and I'll have them answered within 24 hours. You'll never be alone!
